Abstract

In the history of Russian architecture of the Soviet period, a special place belongs to the so-called "Stalin's Empire" embodying all the pathos of the glorification of the era of industrialization, the great victory and the intense post-war years of the restoration of peaceful life of the state. The ruling party, the authorities implemented the ideological model of governance in all spheres of culture and art, including in urban planning and architecture. The political leadership of the country, guided personal aesthetic preferences, elected in the 1930s focus on "neo-classical" samples as the only true and understandable Soviet man. Features the great state of style are the specificity of the architectural appearance of not only the capital and major cities, but also the most remote corners of the country, which was a young port city of Nakhodka.
