Publication Ethics Policy
By submitting a manuscript to the editorial board, the author(s) shall transfer to the publisher the right to publish their manuscript in the journal 'The Territory of New Opportunities. The Herald of Vladivostok State University'.
For all articles published in the journal and made available online, authors agree to comply with the terms of distribution under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (more information at http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.ru).
All articles published by the journal are freely available to readers. The copyright of the published work is retained by the authors.
The Editorial Board of the journal adheres to the requirements of Chapter 70 of the Copyright Law of the Russian Federation Civil Law, and to the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) available at http://publicationethics.org/resources/flowcharts.
The submitted manuscript must contain unpublished original work and not be under consideration for publication by any other journal.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject manuscripts that are associated with extremism, contain biased and incorrect assessments of other scientific works, or present research findings that pose a danger to humans or animals.
